Vector Space Corp. (the "Company") processes personal information in connection with the VSC Media services as follows, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. Information we collect
Creator applications: name, gender, birth year/month, phone number, TikTok/SNS ID (optional), message (optional). Partnership and academy inquiries: company name (if applicable), name, phone number, email, message.
2. Purpose of collection and use
We use this information to contact you and process your request, including reviewing creator applications and sharing results, responding to partnership inquiries, and providing information about the academy program.
3. Retention period
Information is retained for one year from the date of collection and then destroyed without delay. It is destroyed immediately upon your deletion request.
4. Processing delegation and cross-border transfer
Form submissions are processed via Formspree, Inc. (USA); submitted information passes through that service's servers (outside Korea) before reaching the Company.
5. Right to refuse
You may refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information; however, applications and inquiries cannot be accepted without consent.
